Weigh In Wednesday

In one week and one day I have lost 9 lbs! Monday was so hard I almost threw in the towel. I wanted to eat bread, cereal, pasta, the whole pantry, you know how it goes. I know this pace won't last so I am enjoying it while I can. Also, yesterday was the first day I  kinda exercised this week. I swan 11 laps in a regular pool. It got my heart rate up, but it wasn't a real workout.
