Last Monday, August 11, I stopped eating pasta, bread, and junk food. As a result I am up to 13 lbs. total weight loss. I went to Zumba twice last week. I also tried Crossfit the week before. I did like it but it is more money than I want to spend right now.

I am back down to a 10lb. total weight loss. (Wednesday weigh in.)
