More New Beginnings
So, I am starting yet again. Yesterday I started counting calories and staying away from sugar. I stayed within my calorie range and ate no junk food. Yay! Hopefully I can stay motivated and keep this up for at least 30 days. On Saturday I am going to check out crossfit and see if it is for me. If it is I will become a member of Weeviltown crossfit. How funny is that?

Ride It Like You Stole It
Today I went to spin for the first time in.....I can't remember how long. It felt so good yet so painful all in one. Once I was done I swam 15 laps with 10 diving board pull ups.

Photo.....Saturday?
So I know I am a day late and a dollar short as usual. However, here is my picture. I still can't tell a difference but I am up to 12 lbs. total weight loss. I feel this is painfully slow but I am trying to remember that anything down is good. I also have become discouraged in the past and have ditched any and all fitness efforts and end up gaining weight every time. Speaking of fitness, I am such a slacker and have not been training at all. Unless house work counts and I am pretty sure it doesn't.

Photo Friday 2
I am sure there is no difference, but here it is. Also, I did 30 laps and 30 diving board pull-ups. Today I mostly played with Evan in the pool and it was fantastic.

Holding Steady
So, I have lost 0 lbs. since last Wed. However, I haven't been exactly faithful to my diet. I have cut back my portions but I did eat bread and pasta, so there you have it. I swam 30 laps today and did 30 diving board pull ups. I am also finding that my body can handle small deviations from the diet but not big ones. I can have a small plate of spaghetti and be fine but if I eat a hamburger I feel groggy and sick. I am trying to remember that when I have a craving.
