I thought I would get the ball rolling. I need to lose 83 lbs. This number might be a little high, as I am aiming for the weight I was when I got married. Last Tuesday I stopped eating sweets, rice, bread, and pasta. I have already lost 7 lbs. Yesterday I walked 2 miles and today I biked 4.5. That's all the exercise I've done all week. Hopefully, next week will be better. I am aiming to run gate to gate (4.2 miles) without stopping. I don't know how far I can run right now because it has been quite some time since I broke out the running shoes.
